Infographart is a French digital marketing and web strategy agency, accompanying clients since 2017. Over the years, we have conducted technical audits, built web applications, managed hosting infrastructure, and supported teams across strategy, content, and digital presence.

Throughout those engagements, one problem kept surfacing: clients were launching products and services without having genuinely listened to their target users first. Not because they lacked the intent — but because the available tools were either too slow, too expensive, or too shallow. Standard surveys produced surface-level answers. Focus groups cost a fortune and often became echo chambers.

The gap between a product team's assumptions and what real users would actually think, object to, and debate among themselves — that gap was costing clients months of iteration after launch.
