Import a source
Brief, Figma file, transcript, or reviews — attach the corpus to a project. Each persona is sourced, never invented.
Synthetic user research, finally auditable. Import a brief, a Figma file, or 142 reviews. Korum seeds a panel of sourced personas and runs structured debates — Devil's Advocate, Critique Round, Jobs-to-be-Done. You get a traceable verdict, not a chatbot transcript.
Brief, Figma file, transcript, or reviews — attach the corpus to a project. Each persona is sourced, never invented.
Korum derives personas from traceable segments. Pick from a built-in library or generate fresh ones. Bias is visible, not hidden.
Pick Devil's Advocate, Critique Round, or Jobs-to-be-Done. Steer the panel with witnesses. Read the verdict — exportable, transcripted, audit-ready.
Three protocols, three intents — pricing decisions, flow stress-tests, feature prioritisation.
Contradict every consensus statement to surface hidden assumptions. The panel splits — you see who agrees, who hesitates, who breaks rank.
Sequenced critique with rebuttal turns and a closing synthesis. Every persona reads, reacts, and stress-tests the previous turn.
Frame each decision through every persona's job to be done. Surface the trade-offs your roadmap is asking users to make.
The pricing tier confuses three of six personas at step four — they all default to skipping.
Choose a plan that fits your team's debate cadence.

All workspace data — panels, debates, personas, verdicts — is stored in our EU-hosted database (Supabase, region eu-west-3 Paris). Source content you import is processed by Google Gemini via an API call and is not retained by Google for model training (paid API). Your data never leaves the EU infrastructure.
Yes. Korum is operated by Infographart (France) and complies with EU GDPR 2016/679. We maintain a record of processing activities (Art. 30), apply data minimisation principles, and offer a one-click self-service data export from your Account page. You can request erasure at any time by contacting contact@infographart.com.
Every persona is seeded from a source you provide — a product brief, interview transcript, or set of reviews. Segment assignments and source citations are always exposed alongside the verdict. You can trace every persona position back to a specific corpus passage. Korum produces auditable deliberations, not black-box outputs.
Any new account is eligible for a 14-day free trial on Studio — no credit card required. The trial includes 1 workspace, 1 seat, up to 5 debates and 10 personas. After 14 days, you can continue on a paid plan or export your data.
Yes. You can downgrade at any time from your Account page. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's quotas (seats, workspaces, debates/mo), you will need to archive excess workspaces or debates before the downgrade is applied.
Workspace at capacity — X of Y debates running. You can run additional debates at the overage rate (+€2/debate on Studio, +€1.50/debate on Team), or upgrade your plan to increase your monthly quota. Overage charges are indicative pending backend implementation.
One workspace per client. Personas, projects, debates fully isolated. Built for agencies and embedded researchers.
